Teniel Risk Security Solutions (Pty)Ltd regards our members as valuable employees as they are the first point of contact to the public and community. We strive to ensure our employees are up to date about certain legal aspects; a detailed lecture is given to all individual during the induction course regarding all personnel aspects.

Potential Security Officers who are selected must successfully pass the initial recruitment process before an intensive four-hour session is started. We also employ trained officers who are registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)

On-job training is conducted by our Operations Managers who makes sure that the officers deployed on a specific site know and understand their job description and the clients expectations in accordance with the Site Procedure Manual (SPM) on each site.

We make sure that an employee has equal chance for promotion and development. We have Mobile Supervisors /Operations Managers who is qualified Grade A security officer. They go from site to site upgrading all job descriptions (SPM’s) and performs training on the job description (SPM) drafted.

They also gives them in-house training according to our standards and motivates them. Retraining of our employees is done by annually.

Teniel Risk Security Solution employees are trained as prescribed by PSIRA in all grades (A, B, C, D, and E)

Training is conducted by a PSIRA accredited institution. Skills transfer is also ensured at all times by the company.
